Now I realise its that time of year for anything pink, glittery or fluffy to be sold in the name of “St Valentine”. But Journalists don’t even try to hide their inner glee when reporting about something that has Gin in the title of the product.
The article text calls the product by its full name but the heading just mentions “Gin”. The most common is whenever a pink sparkly Gin liqueur is up for sale.
It’s a pet peeve of mine and one where I have messaged and emailed the journalists responsible, in the hope of educating (as it could have been an honest mistake). I only ever got one response and this seemed to miss the point completely, which either reinforces my belief of lack of distilling education or that the protagonists have no cares other than for themselves.
