Following the Gin debate held in London on 6th September 2018, I have decided to create this blog space to pull together my thoughts on discussions.
There appear to be many existing legal and regulatory instruments at our disposal – just that they are not very well sign posted. The first use of the blog will be to identify the regulations and possibly offer some tools for the average (but passionate) gin drinker to use if they feel strongly enough about some spirits….
